Description
- The course is designed to allow students to complete an industry related National Certificate while working towards NCEA.

- Training is designed to provide students with basic workplace construction skills and knowledge
- Health: first aid training, protective equipment, health and safety requirements
- Tools: hand, electric, portable power, machine
- Planning: drawings, measurements, calculations
- Construction: could include concrete works, fence, timber decks, utility building, timber pergola, paving blocks, garden edging, retaining walls, minor residential maintenance
