Description
Sport, Fitness & Recreation Activities (Level 1-3)
- We offer a wide range of 'out of the classroom' activities designed to promote personal and team development
- Activities can include adventure based learning (kayaking, abseiling, rock climbing, ropes course, kick boxing, golf, fishing, waka ama), arts, crafts and culture (bone carving, weaving, painting, wood work, mosaics, marae visit), community involvement (trade expo's, community events, museum visits)
Skills Gained
- Activities are designed to expose students to new experiences that increase self esteem and confidence, improve personal health and well being, raise awareness of community activities and services
